NEWSFLASH!!

Ok - there is another blog posting in the works that did not get done - updating you guys on Rudy Lakes Bike Tour AND my first Olympic Tri of the season last weekend at Westboro Beach (short version - 5th female overall and first in my AG!! WOOHOO!)

BUT more later, I promise!
I am running out the door to race in my only Adventure Race of the season - the Quest for a Cure 48 hour adventure race! We start tomorrow at 4pm and finish sometime sunday... for those who know me... there is a whole special day lost in there - MY BIRTHDAY!! we start the race the day before my birthday and finish the day AFTER... BRUTAL! But I am racing with the coolest team ever - Carolyn Connell, Nicky Cameron, Denise Ripsole and ME! That's right - the DIVAS RUNNING FREE - is the only all female team and we are going to kick ass!!
