I feel the deep guilt of being a very bad blogger and a newfound hunger for posting things!

I have no Ironman Race shots yet - except this finish one -




but here are a couple of pics from the National Capital Tri in Ottawa at the beginning of August.



Note: I was not racing against the children - there was a kiddie race going on at the same time - and I behaved and did not push the kids out of my way to shave off a few seconds when running down the finishing chute! :-)
