Post Season

So I know I haven't actually writting a pre or during season blog yet this year... but I will.

To sum it up - May to September - VERY BUSY - trying to race and trail my way to a fast and fun Ironman Canada 2008.

Now I am in the glorious thing called an 'off-season' and am heading into Algonquin Park for 4 days of paddling, camping, relaxing and escape with my sweetie! (it is his FIRST canoe trip as well - so a very big milestone there!)
